Conference 2009 Workshop

Working and operating in a slow economy, finding efficiencies in operations, leveraging funds, grants, fundraising, planning and budgeting for the future/beyond the current fiscal year. Many organizations (built and not built) are facing similar challenges and can draw similarities in the opportunities out there and we are looking to put together a workshop at this year's conference that focuses on the economic issues on everyone's mind. There will be opportunities to share ideas and examples that are working for you as well as brainstorm together for new and innovative solutions. Please comment and let me know if you have recommendations for speakers interested in these or other economic topics or if you have an idea for a topic or a 'tool' that could be made available as part of a 'tool kit' to take away from the conference.
